On February 6th, JANE invited Mr. Hisafumi Mitsushio, Executive Advisor for Chief Information Officer at the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Trade, to give a seminar on the corporate number and information system that came into operation from January this year. The seminar included a demo of the system, and touched on its basic usage as well as its potential to provide a technological foundation for a new social infrastructure.
