The Japan Association of New Economy (JANE. Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mickey Mikitani) released the “Regulatory Reform Proposal 2025” on September 10, 2025.

This year’s proposal addresses 25 items and 30 specific measures across seven fields.

We will pursue proactive engagement with relevant stakeholders based on this proposal, while strongly urging reliable follow-up on the associated items identified within the Cabinet-approved “Regulatory Reform Implementation Plan” (June 13, 2025).
