On April 14th, JANE hosted a member seminar to study the new government bill revising the Banking Act that was introduced to respond to changes brought on by developments in FinTech. The seminar was given by Mr. Takafumi Ochiai, Partner at the law firm Atsumi & Sakai, who is also a member of the FinTech Association Japan and one of FINO-MENTORS.
