On November 9th, 2016, JANE Secretary-General Satoshi Seki gave a presentation on policy recommendations at the joint meeting of the Cabinet and executive committees of the Democratic Party. The presentation covered topics such as the “intelligent hub” concept, the sharing economy, venture philanthropy, “digital first” promotion, FinTech, and “super tourism-oriented nation” and was based on the “Japan Ahead” paper put forward by JANE in May last year.
